Q: If I can't make the event, can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final. However, situations will be reviewed on case by case basis. Please contact us for any questions/concerns.

Q: How much is the event?

A: The event is $10 for early bird presale. $20 at the door. 12 and under are free. We also have VIP packages available!

Q: Can I reserve my table location at the venue?

A: Vendor space is not reserved. We encourage you to present your business or brand in a creative manner, however please remember to contain any displays within your vendor space while being courteous to vendors around you. If you will need access to an electrical outlet please email us.

Q: What can't I sell at the event?

A: No counterfeit or bootleg items, outside drinks, outside alcohol, drugs, or music/DJ/sound system are allowed. Please be courteous to your fellow vendors/displayers and attendees. Anyone violating these terms or acting unruly will be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Q: Can you guarantee I will sell my items if I buy a vendor table?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot. We only provide the vendor space. It will be up to you, the vendor, to be responsible for making sales.

Been Had Those LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure and keep an eye on all belongings.

Been Had Those LLC, and its staff/volunteers, reserves the right to photograph and video record anyone participating or attending BHT Fest and may use such images or video at its discretion without authorization or compensation.
